Complaint about Walmart receiving department in New Caney, Tx

I received load from Koski Transportation in Hurlock MD that was not loaded on scheduled date. The load was loaded next day delaying the delivery. I called Walmart DC in New Caney, Tx that I am delayed and receiving department ignored the situation telling me they can not change any appointments placing me, the driver in illegal position to drive more time that the DOT law allows.

When I arrived at appointment time I was told by receiving department I have to pay $70.00 for unloading Walmart load.
I called JB Hunt that was the broker for the load but was told JB Hunt pays Walmart for unloading all loads and I should not pay for unloading.
Walmart receiving  Gabriel Garcia refused to pay back $70.00 that I had to pay just to get unloaded. He wrote letter that is enclosed in file of this case.

Walmart charged double for unloading JB Hunt and the driver Ted Jeczalik for the same load and the money was never returned to me - the driver.
