Complaint about I Power.com

In 2008 I was asked by I power.com to try virtual server service on free trial for one month. I agreed to that however the server was totally not workable and within one month I contacted I power to refund our money since the server does not work properly. The sale s people persuaded me to try it for another month and that the server will be improved. unfortunately next month server did not work properly. after asking for second time to refund our payment - i power finally refunded $441.00 out of $588.00

Why we were charged for free trial by I power?! I have a duty to share the facts with our internet community what is going on with I Power Inc.

This Summer our 7 hosting were changed from cpanel to vdeck - place where web masters and web sites owners can manage their web pages. After the change was done we lost all our data bases, contact forms and our service went to big mess because of I power changes to new platform. After that the CEO ask us to fill out survey for quality of work by I Ppower.

I wrote letter that the whole hosting business by i power messed all our data bases, we lost all contact forms ect - the answer from mr. CEO from I Power was... Silence! I power did not only charged us for free service - they refused to pay what they have stolen from our free trial of virtual server.

After writing many complains and receiving complete ignorance I know I am searching for new  hosting service for our 7 domains. Lower prices from i power mean nothing compare with good quality hosting company.
 
 

In 2008 I Power Inc started charging us not $97.00 per one year hosting - but $107.00. Nobody completely informed anyone about the new fees. They just raised the price and when you write letter to them - they just ignored all our letters.

I hope I warned potential victims of unfair business by I Power Inc.
